  • Datasets are provided as is, with documented quality metrics in each datasheet; warranties and liability are limited as set out in the license.

  • Buyers must not re-identify individuals, resell the raw data, or use it for spam, surveillance, or eligibility decisions about individuals.

Data sourcing & licensing summary

  • All data is collected from publicly accessible pages and endpoints — never from behind logins or paywalls, never by solving CAPTCHAs or forging authentication.
  • Personal identifiers are removed or pseudonymized before packaging; see theprivacy policy and each dataset's datasheet.
  • Where a dataset edition includes third-party expressive content (e.g., review text), this is disclosed on the listing, the authors retain their copyright, and the license allocates use-case compliance responsibility to the buyer.
  • Erasure and content-removal requests are honored via thedata & content removal process.
