Refund Policy

Try before you buy

Every dataset has a free sample (on Kaggle / Hugging Face or linked from its page) with the same schema and processing as the full package, plus a published data dictionary and datasheet. Please validate the sample against your use case before purchasing — that is what it is for.

14-day guarantee

We refund purchases in full within 14 days of purchase if:

• the files are corrupted or cannot be downloaded, and we cannot fix delivery;
• the dataset materially differs from its published data dictionary, datasheet, or listing (e.g., missing documented fields, or row counts materially below the listed volume); or
• you were charged twice or charged in error.

Because datasets are digital goods that cannot be returned, we do not refund purchases merely because the data turned out not to fit your project — please use the free samples to evaluate fit. This does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights in your jurisdiction or the buyer protections offered by Gumroad, our merchant of record, under its own terms.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from the Gumroad receipt page; cancellation stops future billing and you keep the last delivered version under your license tier. Charges for billing periods already delivered are not refunded, except under the 14-day guarantee above for the first period.

How to request a refund

Email data@zalize.com from your purchase email with the order reference and a short description of the problem. We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued through Gumroad to the original payment method.
