Every DataForge dataset is sold under a tiered commercial license so you only pay for the rights you need. The full license text (LICENSE.md) ships inside every package.

Tier 1 — Internal Analytics

Listed price (×1)

Internal analysis, research, dashboards and reporting within your organization.

Default tier on all Gumroad listings

Tier 2 — AI Training

×1.5 listed price

Training, fine-tuning and evaluating machine-learning models, in addition to Tier 1 rights.

Embedding the data in products or services delivered to your own customers.

Common terms (all tiers)

Per-record provenance (source URL + collection timestamp) included; collection logs retained.
No republishing of the raw dataset as a standalone product (Tier 3 covers embedded redistribution only).
GDPR: buyers act as independent controllers; erasure-request pass-through included.
Governing law Singapore; SIAC arbitration.

Raw-content corpora (§6A)

Datasets containing third-party user-generated text (e.g. app review corpora) convey compilation rights only — no copyright license to the underlying content is granted. AI-training use requires Tier 2 or above, and buyers are solely responsible for confirming that their training use qualifies under applicable copyright and text-and-data-mining rules in their jurisdiction.
